③ Casting method: The A and B components of the quantitative analysis of reflective raw material liquid (such as polyurethane material, polyamide, etc.) are poured into the mold core after high speed stirring in the mixing head, so that it is dry solid fusion forming under constant (high) pressure. It is now used to produce rubber shoes and very few cloth shoes.
④ Plastic lining method: Drop the plastic sol in the shoe and shoe mold cavity, heating, rotating grinding tools, so that part of the plastic sol is attached to the inner wall of the mold core into a blank body under the effect of centripetal force, throw away the unnecessary plastic sol liquid, warm again to make the blank body mature into shape, and put into the shoe after the mold. Used for rubber shoes and plastic shoes.
